Cancellation Policy

Payment is due at booking, with flexible payment plans available. We offer full refunds (minus a $300 cancellation fee) for cancellations made 15+ days before your first session, 50% refunds for 10 days notice, and no refunds for less than 5 days notice. Sessions may be rescheduled with 24+ hours notice at no charge; last-minute changes incur a $50 fee. Training success requires your consistent daily practice of the techniques we teach. You must provide the required equipment, attend all scheduled sessions, and share any health or behavioral concerns about your dog. We guarantee results when you follow our training protocols consistently. Your package includes specified private sessions, training materials, email/phone support between sessions, and follow-up sessions as outlined in your chosen program. Any promotional discounts apply to the base package price only and cannot be combined with other offers. Proof of promotion must be presented before signing. Your dog must be current on rabies, distemper, and bordetella vaccinations with proof provided before training begins. We reserve the right to postpone training if your dog shows illness or discontinue if severe aggression presents safety risks. Service Dog Training Additional Terms: Program completion does not guarantee certification. Dogs must demonstrate reliable task performance and appropriate public behavior.
